Fratelli Vineyards Launches Rights Issue of ₹2986.65 Lacs

Fratelli Vineyards Limited has announced a Rights Issue of up to 33,18,503 partly-paid Equity Shares at a price of ₹90 per share, including a premium of ₹80. The total issue size aggregates up to ₹2,986.65 Lacs (₹29.87 Crore). The issue is offered on a rights basis to eligible shareholders in the ratio of 10 Rights Equity Shares for every 131 Fully Paid-up Equity Shares held as of the record date, October 30, 2026. The payment for the rights equity shares will be ₹54 on application and ₹36 on subsequent calls. The company has confirmed that neither it, its promoters, nor its directors are identified as Wilful Defaulters or Fraudulent Borrowers.
