Fratelli Vineyards: Promoter Group Gift Shares Worth ₹872 Cr

Fratelli Vineyards Ltd has filed a disclosure regarding the acquisition of 90,36,779 equity shares, representing 20.79% of the company's share capital, through a gift amongst the promoter and promoter group. The transaction is an off-market inter-se transfer without consideration, falling under exemptions in Regulation 10(1)(a)(i) and (ii) of the SEBI SAST Regulations. The aggregate holding of the promoter and promoter group will remain unchanged. The acquisition is proposed to be completed by September 10, 2026.
