Fratelli Vineyards Re-constitutes Audit Committee

Fratelli Vineyards Limited announced the re-constitution of its Board's Audit Committee, effective August 8th, 2026. The decision was made via a resolution passed by circulation by the Board of Directors. The new committee comprises Mr. Sanjay Jain as Chairman, and Mr. Rahul Rama Narang and Mr. Gaurav Sekhri as Members. This re-constitution is in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
