Tirth Plastic Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window for Q4 2025

Tirth Plastic Ltd, BSE: 526675, has announced the closure of its trading window for the quarter ending on 31st December 2025. The closure is in accordance with Clause 4 of the Schedule B to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's Code of Conduct. The trading window will remain closed for all designated persons of the company and their immediate relatives from Thursday, 01% January, 2026 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter. The date of the Board Meeting to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2025 will be intimated to the Stock Exchanges in due course.
