Tirth Plastic Ltd. has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on February 5, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2025. The meeting will also discuss any other business with the chair's permission. In accordance with the Company's Code of Internal Procedures & Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring & Reporting of trading by Insiders, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from January 1, 2025, to February 7, 2026.
