Tirupati Finlease Ltd Closes Trading Window for Securities Ahead of Approval of Audited Financial Results

Tirupati Finlease Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for its securities effective from 01st April 2026. This decision comes in accordance with the company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting where the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2026 will be approved. The date of the Board meeting is yet to be announced. Designated persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in the company's securities during the closed trading window.
