Tirupati Foam Declares Q1 FY27 Unaudited Standalone Results

Tirupati Foam Limited announced its unaudited standalone financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors approved these results, which were recommended by the Audit Committee. The company also reappointed Mr. D A Rupawala as the Internal Auditor for FY 2026-2027. The financial results were prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS). A limited review report from the statutory auditors is enclosed.
