Tirupati Foam: Promoter Group Sells 0.67% Stake

Tirupati Foam Limited has disclosed that members of the promoter group, Mrs. Dhirajben B. Kothari and Mr. Kalpesh Babulal Kothari, have sold a combined total of 29,652 equity shares, representing 0.67% of the company's total share capital. The sales occurred in the open market through the stock exchange. Following these transactions, the promoter group's total holding has reduced from 6.05% to 5.38%. Mrs. Kothari sold 11,495 shares (0.26%) and Mr. Kothari sold 18,157 shares (0.41%).
