Tirupati Starch & Chemicals to Set Up Power Generation Facilities for Captive Consumption

Tirupati Starch & Chemicals Ltd. has announced an amendment in their Memorandum of Association, pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. The Board of Directors, in their meeting held on 8th February 2025, approved the insertion of Clause No. 43A after existing sub-clause (0) of Clause 43. This amendment will allow the company to set up facilities for generation of power for captive consumption, whether from conventional or non-conventional sources. The proposal is subject to approval from the members in the ensuing General Meeting of the Company.
