Tirupati Starch Reappoints Three Directors at AGM

Tirupati Starch & Chemicals Ltd announced the re-appointment of three key management personnel during its 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 21, 2026. Mr. Yogesh Kumar Agrawal and Mr. Ramesh Chandra Goyal have been re-appointed as Whole-time Directors for a further period of three years each, effective January 1, 2027, and June 28, 2027, respectively. Additionally, Mr. Yashwant Jain Nandecha and Mr. Sandeep Agrawal have been re-appointed as Independent Directors for their second five-year term, effective July 7, 2027. These re-appointments were approved by the company's members with the requisite majority.
