Titaanium Ten Enterprise Ltd. has announced the notice for its 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on September 26, 2025. The AGM will be held at the registered office of the company in Surat, Gujarat, India. The meeting will transact ordinary business including the adoption of financial statements and report of the Board of Directors for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The meeting will also transact special business including the appointment of Mrs. Ilaben Rohitkumar Kapadia as a director, increase in the remuneration of Mrs. Shhalu Tejaas Kapadia, appointment of secretarial auditor of the company, and approval of related party transactions.
