
Titagarh Rail Systems & BHEL form JV for Vande Bharat Maintenance
Titagarh Rail Systems Limited (TRSL) and Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) have signed a Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) to establish a Joint Venture Company (JV Company) with equal 50% shareholding each. The JV will undertake the maintenance of 80 Vande Bharat Trainsets for a period of 35 years, as part of an Indian Railways project. This collaboration aims to leverage the complementary capabilities of both companies, providing TRSL with a long-term presence in the railway maintenance and lifecycle support segment.
