Titagarh Rail Systems Limited, a leader in the rolling stock space, has entered into a joint venture with Sidwal Refrigeration Industries Private Limited, a leader in the train and metro air conditioner market, to carry on the business of railway components and sub-systems for the rolling stock industry in India and overseas. The joint venture, Shivaliks Mercantile Private Limited, will be controlled equally by Sidwal and Titagarh.,
