The meeting will be held entirely through video conferencing (VC) or other audio-visual means (OAVM). The company will present the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the financial year 2025-26. Key agenda items include the re-appointment of a director retiring by rotation and the declaration of a final dividend of Re. 1 per equity share. Additionally, a special resolution will be considered for the re-appointment of Shri Jagdish Prasad Chowdhary as Executive Chairman for a period of five years.
