Titan Appoints Priya Mathilakath as CPO from April 2027

Titan Company Ltd announced the appointment of Ms. Priya Mathilakath as the Chief People Officer (CPO) and Senior Management Personnel, effective April 1, 2027. This change follows the superannuation of the current CPO, Mr. Swadesh Behara, on March 31, 2027. The board meeting also approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, showing a consolidated total income of ~20,753 crores, up 40% year-on-year. Additionally, the company approved the Titan Company Limited Performance Based Stock Unit Scheme 2026 and the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary in Canada for its Tanishq business.
