Titan Company Ltd Appoints Ms. Ruma Kishore as New Chief Digital & Information Officer

Titan Company Ltd, a leading company in the industry, has announced the appointment of Ms. Ruma Kishore as the new Chief Digital & Information Officer (CDIO) and Senior Management Personnel, effective 1st July 2026. Ms. Kishore, with over 28 years of international experience, has been recognized as India’s top woman IT leader by the Economic Times and Indian Express. She is distinguished as the first female recipient of IIM Mumbai’s Distinguished Alumna award. The current CDIO, Mr. Krishnan Venkateswaran, will superannuate effective 1st July 2026. This change is in accordance with the Company's obligations under the SEBI LODR read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFDPOD2/I/3762/2026 and the details have been provided in Annexure A.
