Titan Company Ltd Completes 67% Stake Acquisition in Damas Jewellery Business

Titan Company Ltd has announced the completion of its acquisition of a 67% stake in the Damas Jewellery business. The acquisition was made through Titan Holdings International FZCO, UAE, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. The holding company for Damas jewellery business is now Signature Jewellery Holding Ltd, with Titan Holdings owning 67% and the remaining 33% held by MC International Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mannai Corporation QPSC, Qatar. This development is in line with the company's strategic growth plans and strengthens its presence in the GCC countries.
