Titan Intech Declares Unaudited Standalone Results

Titan Intech Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 13, 2026, approved the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board also took note of the Limited Review Report from the statutory auditors. Additionally, the company proposed the appointment of M/s. P V G R & ASSOCIATES as the new statutory auditors for a term of five years, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. This appointment follows the completion of the tenure of the previous auditor.
