Titan Intech Ltd Enters MoU with Media Information Communication Co., Ltd. for Joint Development of LED Display Solutions

Titan Intech Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Media Information Communication Co., Ltd., Republic of Korea, for Joint Development, Customization, and Technology Transfer Of MIP, SMD, and Mini-LED Display Solutions_ FPGA/SoC-Based Data Distribution & Communication Modules & Controllers For Interactive LCD & Mini-LED Panels With Software Licensing. The partnership includes joint development of FPGA/SoC-based LED control systems, Android controller boards for interactive LCD displays, and IP-based Passenger Information Systems (P1S) for transportation applications such as airways, railways, and metro systems. Media Information Communication will provide Titan Intech with design documentation, hardware/firmware packages, and software licenses for LED control and calibration tools. Titan Intech has secured a 7-year (2025-2032) non-exclusive software license for mLED Master Suite (Standard, Premium, and 4K versions), covering production and calibration tools for SMD and Mini-LED systems. The total project value is USD 1.53 million, including technology development, licensing, training, and handover milestones. Titan Intech obtains exclusive manufacturing and commercialization rights for India and non-exclusive R&D license rights globally for the developed technologies. This collaboration aims to establish India’s first fully integrated design-to-manufacture ecosystem for high-performance LED and LCD display systems under Titan Intech’s TitanView and TitanPro brands.
