Tivoli Construction Appoints M.R. Sharma & Co. as Statutory Auditors

Tivoli Construction Limited's Board of Directors has approved the appointment of M/s. M.R. Sharma & Co., Chartered Accountants, as the company's Statutory Auditors. This appointment is for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) until the conclusion of the 45th AGM. The decision is subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, the board approved the re-appointment of Mr. Sagar Jyot Rupani as an Independent Director for a second term and the sale of the company's entire shareholding in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Victoria Investments Company Limited, to an unrelated third party, Mr. Ketan Kirtikumar Shah. The company also approved the Directors' Report, Secretarial Audit Report, and the appointment of a scrutinizer for the upcoming 40th AGM.
