Tivoli Construction Appoints M/s M.R.Sharma & Co as Statutory Auditors

Tivoli Construction Limited announced the appointment of M/s. M.R. Sharma & Co., Chartered Accountants, as its Statutory Auditors for a term of five years. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors during a meeting held on September 4, 2026. The appointment is effective from the conclusion of the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) until the conclusion of the 45th AGM. The company also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Sagar Jyot Rupani as an Independent Director and the sale of its entire shareholding in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Victoria Investments Company Limited, subject to shareholder approval. The 40th AGM is scheduled for September 30, 2026.
