Tivoli Construction Ltd Closes Trading Window for Q4 FY2025-26

Tivoli Construction Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all designated persons as per the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct. The closure is effective from 1st April 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the fourth quarter and the year ended 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting to consider the Audited Financial results will be intimated separately.
