TMT India Ltd Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading

TMT India Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The window will be shut from October 1st, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30th, 2026. All designated persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in the company's securities during this period. The date for the board meeting to approve these financial results will be communicated separately.
