TMT India: Open Offer for 26% Shares at ₹10/Share

Navigant Corporate Advisors Ltd, the manager to the offer, has submitted a Draft Letter of Offer to BSE for the public shareholders of TMT India Ltd. Yoga Builders Private Limited, Scaffold Properties Private Limited, and MK Profinlease Private Limited (collectively, the Acquirers) propose to acquire up to 12,87,988 equity shares of TMT India, representing 26% of the fully paid-up equity and voting share capital, at a price of ₹10 per share. The offer is unconditional and not a competing offer.
