Tokyo Finance Ltd to Approve Unaudited Financial Results for Q4 2025 in Board Meeting on 10th January 2026

Tokyo Finance Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on 10th January 2026 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone) for the quarter ended 31st December 2025. In accordance with Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a notification has been issued. The trading window will remain closed from 1st January 2026 until the end of 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December 2025.
