Tolins Tyres Appoints Internal & Cost Auditors for FY2026-27

Tolins Tyres Limited's Board of Directors, at their meeting held on May 28, 2026, approved the appointment of new auditors for the Financial Year 2026-27. M/s. Joseph Cyriac & Company, Chartered Accountants, have been appointed as the Internal Auditors of the Company. Additionally, M/s. BBS & Associates, Cost Accountants, have been appointed as the Cost Auditors for the same financial year. These appointments were made in accordance with Regulations 30 and 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
