Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd. has been informed by its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), KFin Technologies Limited, about a change in its corporate office address. The new address will be effective from December 1, 2026. The Registered Office of KFin Technologies Limited will remain unchanged. All future correspondence for the RTA's corporate office should be directed to the new location. Investors and stakeholders are advised to update their records accordingly.
