TPL Plastech Board Meeting to Discuss Merger Proposal

TPL Plastech Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 26, 2026. The primary agenda item is to consider, review, and discuss a proposal for the merger of TPL Plastech Ltd (Transferor Company) with its holding company, Time Technoplast Limited (Transferee Company). Time Technoplast Limited currently holds a 74.86% stake in TPL. This merger will proceed subject to obtaining all necessary statutory and regulatory approvals, as per Sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013. The meeting will also address any other business items with the chair's permission.
