Trade Wings: Trading Window Closed for Insiders from Oct 1, 2026

Trade Wings Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for insiders, including designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure is effective from Thursday, October 1, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half year of the financial year 2026-2027, which ended on September 30, 2026. This measure is in compliance with the Company’s Code of Conduct and Schedule B of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, to prevent trading based on unpublished price sensitive information (UPSI) related to the financial results. The date for the Board Meeting to approve these results will be announced separately.
