Trans India House Impex Appoints Internal Auditor for FY27

Trans India House Impex Ltd has appointed M/s Agarwal Akshay & Associates as the Internal Auditor for the financial year ending March 31, 2027. The appointment was based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on May 26, 2026. The board also approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, with an unmodified opinion from Statutory Auditors M/s Manoj Acharya & Associates.
