Transcorp International: CFO Resigns, New CFO Appointed

Transcorp International Limited announced a change in its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role. Mr. Rajesh Garg has resigned as CFO, effective November 4, 2026, to focus on his responsibilities as Executive Director and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) within the group. The Board has accepted his resignation and appreciated his services. Concurrently, Mr. Mukesh Kumar Mittal has been appointed as the new CFO and KMP, effective November 5, 2026. Mr. Mittal brings approximately 19 years of experience in finance, with expertise in financial planning, management, corporate finance, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
