Transcorp International Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window

Transcorp International Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all promoters, directors, designated persons, specified connected persons, and their immediate relatives. This closure is in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, and will remain in effect from 1st April, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited Financial Results for the quarter/year ended 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration and approval of the quarter/year ended 31st March, 2026 will be intimated in due course.
