TRANSFORMERS AND RECTIFIERS (INDIA) LTD. Receives Orders Worth Rs. 698 Crore

TRANSFORMERS AND RECTIFIERS (INDIA) LTD. has announced the receipt of orders amounting to Rs. 698 Crore. The orders were received from NCC Limited, Power Grid Corporation of India, and Adani Energy Solutions Limited (Against PPP-8,9 & 10 RTM Rajasthan Project). The details of the orders are as follows: 1. NCC Limited: Two orders for 500 MVA, 400/220/33 kV Transformers and two orders for 125 MVAr, 420 KV Reactors, with a total contract value of Rs. 72.50 Crores. The entire work is to be completed by January 2026. 2. Power Grid Corporation of India: One order for 765kV Class Reactors, with a total contract value of Rs. 55.91 Crores. The entire work is to be completed within 21 months from the date of issue of the Notification of Award. 3. Adani Energy Solutions Limited (Against PPP-8,9 & 10 RTM Rajasthan Project): Seven orders for 132/33kV, MVA Power Transformers, with a total contract value of Rs. 20.14 Crores. The company has confirmed that none of the promoter/promoter group/group companies have any interest in the entities that awarded the orders and the orders do not fall within related party transactions.
