Transgene Biotek Ltd has announced the resignation of its statutory auditors, M/s. Eswara Rao & Co., Chartered Accountants. The auditors cited "pre-occupation in other assignments" as the reason for their resignation, stating they are unable to devote sufficient time to the company's affairs. The resignation is effective immediately as of October 28, 2026. The company plans to appoint a new statutory auditor in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI LODR Regulations. This marks the second auditor resignation for the company within a short period, following the earlier resignation of M/s. Vasavi & Co.
