Transgene Biotek gets 3-month AGM extension

Transgene Biotek Ltd has received approval from the Registrar of Companies (ROC), Hyderabad, for an extension of three months to hold its 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Initially due on September 30, 2026, the AGM can now be held on or before December 31, 2026. The extension was granted in two parts: one month initially, followed by a further two months. This allows the company additional time to comply with regulatory requirements for its AGM.
