Transgene Biotek Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for Directors, Key Managerial Personnel (KMPs), Designated Employees, and Connected Persons. This closure is effective from Thursday, October 1, 2026, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the company's un-audited financial results for the second quarter ending September 30, 2026. The date for the Board Meeting to consider these financial results will be intimated in due course.
