The meeting will be conducted through Video Conference (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The agenda includes the approval of financial statements for the year ended 31st March 2025, re-appointment of Mr. Raman Talwar as a director, appointment of Ms. Priya Goel as an independent director, and a proposal to change the company's name. The company has also appointed M/s APNS and Associates as the Secretarial Auditor for the period of five years.
