Transpek Industry Ltd. Revises List of Key Managerial Personnel

Transpek Industry Ltd. has revised the list of designated authorities identified as Key Managerial Personnel (KMPs) following the resignation of Shri Avtar Singh, Joint Managing Director. The new KMPs are Mr. Bimal V. Mehta, Managing Director, and Mr. Alak D. Vyas, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. These KMPs are authorized to determine the materiality of any event or information and to make appropriate disclosures or submissions to the Stock Exchange. The Board has also authorized the Company Secretary and/or Compliance Officer to ensure timely compliance of such events and disclosures.
