TCI Announces AGM on July 30, 2026, Recommends ₹1 Dividend

Transport Corporation of India Ltd (TCI) has announced its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on July 30, 2026, via Video Conferencing. The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of Re. 1/- per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The record date for this dividend payment is July 17, 2026, and the dividend will be paid within 30 days of the AGM, subject to shareholder approval and TDS. The company has also set cut-off dates for AGM notice distribution and remote e-voting.
