Transrail Lighting Expands Tower Capacity by 12,000 MTPA

Transrail Lighting Ltd has announced a brownfield expansion at its Silvassa facility, increasing its tower manufacturing capacity by 12,000 MTPA. The total capacity now stands at 184,400 MTPA, up from 172,400 MTPA. This expansion is intended to strengthen the company's manufacturing base and support the execution of its large order book and growth targets. The company also indicated plans for a phase 2 expansion that will push overall capacity beyond 200,000 MTPA. This move is part of Transrail's strategy to enhance its position in the Transmission & Distribution (T&D) sector.
