Transvoy Logistics India Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is in accordance with the code of conduct for the prevention of insider trading. The window will be shut from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the dissemination of the unaudited financial results for the half-year ending September 30, 2026. All designated persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in the company's securities during this period.
