Tranway21 Appoints Scrutinizer for 11th AGM E-voting

Tranway21 Technologies Ltd has appointed Mr. Kiran Kumar R, an Advocate, as the scrutinizer for the e-voting process at its upcoming 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The appointment was made by the Board of Directors during their meeting on September 7, 2026, to ensure fair and transparent e-voting for the AGM scheduled for September 30, 2026. This action is in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
