Avasara Finance Ltd Appoints Mr. Venkatraman Venkitachalam as Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director

Avasara Finance Ltd has appointed Mr. Venkatraman Venkitachalam as an Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director with effect from 30th January, 2026. Mr. Venkitachalam is a qualified Chartered accountant, cost accountant, and Company Secretary. He has also passed Level III of the Chartered Financial Analyst examination conducted by CFA Institute, USA. He was an ex-bureaucrat and has a holistic work experience of more than 20 years in various fields including Business Strategy & Development, Project Financing, Mergers & Acquisitions, and accounting. He was the former Chief Financial Officer of Jupiter Capital Private Limited and currently an Executive Director. He has worked across marquee companies like Reliance ADA Group, ICRA Management Consulting Services, Maytas, GMR, L&T Infrastructure Finance, Embassy Group, and Hindusthan Infrastructure Projects and Engineering Private Limited.
