Mr. Venkitachalam is a qualified Chartered accountant, cost accountant, and Company Secretary, and has also passed Level III of the Chartered Financial Analyst examination conducted by CFA Institute, USA. He has over 20 years of experience in Business Strategy & Development, Project Financing, Mergers & Acquisitions, and accounting, with four years of experience in the Government sector. He has worked with marquee companies like Reliance ADA Group, ICRA Management Consulting Services, Maytas, GMR, L&T Infrastructure Finance, Embassy Group, and Hindusthan Infrastructure Projects and Engineering Private Limited.
