Tree House Education & Accessories Ltd. Approves Q3 Results, Re-Appoints Managing Director and Internal Auditor

At the Board Meeting of Tree House Education & Accessories Ltd. held on January 16, 2026, the Board approved the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The Board also approved the re-appointment of M/s. Dharmesh Parekh & Associates as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27. Furthermore, the Board approved the re-appointment of Mr. Rajesh Doulatram Bhatia as the Managing Director for a further period of 3 years.
