Tree House Education Board Approves Un-audited Financial Results

Tree House Education & Accessories Ltd. announced that its Board of Directors met on August 7, 2026. During the meeting, the board considered and approved the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the Limited Review Report. Additionally, the Board's Report, Corporate Governance Report, and Management Discussion and Analysis Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, were approved. A draft notice for the 20th Annual General Meeting was also approved. The board also approved the appointment of M/s. Dharmesh Parekh & Associates as the Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27.
