Trejhara Solutions Ltd. Announces Acquisition of LP Logistics Plus LLC and Joint Venture with GS Marketing Associates

Trejhara Solutions Ltd. held a Board Meeting on December 01, 2025, where they approved the acquisition of LP Logistics Plus LLC, a Dubai-based logistics company, and the establishment of a majority-owned Joint Venture with GS Marketing Associates, a leading industry exhibitor. The acquisition of LP Logistics Plus LLC is a related party transaction and is expected to complete by the end of March 2026. The Company will pay an upfront consideration of US$ 9.50 million and a further earn-out of up to US$ 3 million based on predefined performance milestones. The Joint Venture with GS Marketing Associates will be utilized to acquire the entire business undertaking of GS Marketing and Trejhara will acquire 60% stake in the JV. GS Marketing Associates is a leading partnership firm with over three decades of experience in the events and exhibitions sector.
