TRF Ltd. has informed BSE that a Board Meeting is scheduled on 29/01/2026 to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. This notice is being submitted pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The Trading Window for dealing in the Company’s securities was closed from Thursday, December 25, 2025, and will open 48 hours after declaration of the said results.
