GRT Jewellers Launches Open Offer for Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri Shares

Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri Limited has received a public announcement from Axis Capital Limited, acting on behalf of GRT Jewellers (India) Private Limited, regarding an open offer. GRT Jewellers intends to acquire up to 1,72,70,845 equity shares, representing 25.88% of the total voting share capital, at a price of ₹249.61 per share. The total consideration for the offer is up to ₹4,31,09,75,621. This open offer is being made in compliance with SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011.
