Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri Promoter Sells 74.12% Stake

Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri Limited (TBZ) has disclosed that its promoter, Mr. Shrikant Gopaldas Zaveri, along with other promoter group entities, has sold an aggregate of 4,94,59,775 equity shares, representing 74.12% of the company's total paid-up equity share capital. Mr. Zaveri himself sold 3,34,02,275 equity shares, amounting to 50.06% of the total issued and paid-up capital, via an off-market transfer on October 30, 2026. The total value of the transaction for Mr. Zaveri's sale was INR 698,10,75,475.
